eBay app crashes

The eBay app is now crashing when I go to list an item for sale (note I am selling single trading cards) when I get to the section where I have to name the player a drop down menu appears to input the name of player…start to type name and by the 3rd character the app crashes … I am using  a 10th  gen iPad with iOS 18.5

if I cannot get this to work I cannot list any items….sny help on this is much appreciated

Can you list using a browser instead of the app?

For app issues, once you have determined whether or not you have the latest version of the app, there are few things you can do aside from clearing app cache and data, or else uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device and then reinstalling the latest version once more.
