I brought a belt and it hasn’t arrived yet. It was supposed to be here Tuesday but it’s still has not gotten to me. What do I do, should I get a refund for the belt.

Be patient.

Shipping is incredibly slow at the moment. You have 30 days to file a claim with MBG so give it a couple of weeks to be fair to the seller.

 

If you have a tracking number check it to see the status and that will be an indication of how best to proceed regarding when to open the dispute.
