eBay App Messing Up on Android

I've had a problem for the past few weeks where I'll start to list something, but it freezes after a certain point. For instance, I'm trying to list anything like in the attachment, but when I go to put a price then put I want to turn on 'Best Offer' it never populates. Then I close the app several times and it finally starts to work after so many tries. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times to no avail as well. I'm using the app on a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G, and I hope this helps on finding a fix for this issue.

Thanks for reporting this issue. Can you please let us know a couple things.

1. Which category are you listing in?

2. Are you starting your issue from scratch? Sell one like this? or sell similar?

1. On this one I was listing in the Dan Dee category. 

2. I'm using 'sell one like this' most of the time, but I think on this one I started it from scratch.

I'm sorry. I actually think this was the category. I had two items listed at the same price so I got confused.
