Problem is the summary in App Store for this app states minimum requirement as ios11 - and this isn’t the only app. Leaves you scratching your head and thinking “what the hell is going on” when the Update fails !

Downloading app
the latest version of the app will not download on my iPad. The icon shows on the screen in a dark format. When tapped it shows download is in action But when it finishes it goes back dark and returns to the same situation. What’s going on?
