Unable to purchase UPS shipping through iOS

Is there a reason I can't select UPS shipping while purchasing shipping? I can pick UPS as a shipper when I use the website on my laptop. However, while using the iOS app, I'm only allowed to selects USPS or FedEx. Any ideas?
