Why is Ebay removing more functionality from their listings. I’ve long complained about their lack of UPC fields in the mobile app, but now they've:
- took away HTML formatting
- took away selecting store categories
- forced undesirable 'extras' upon us, which are designed to lower our selling prices
- changed our listing automations without our consent
- created an environment which is completely different, without any benefit to it
Will ebay PLEASE finally talk to sellers first and ensure the functionality of their apps and new processes before releasing them? I really wish I could go back to before that last big update, since it completely changed how difficult it is to create a listing. I’m so frustrated with eBay, but not because of the fees, rather because they would never stay in business if they held themselves to the same standards they expect us sellers to to maintain.
