Where are the listed items I chose not to sell in order to get more information? 

Why can I not choose the item purchased through eBay as no longer available? 

Why can I not use my PayPal account for purchases and selling?! I had to set up a second bank account to receive $28 and some change! However I spent $21 and some change to ship it! My app has been not been able to to show me where or when or anything. 

Is eBay and Apple not working together? If this is the case than canceling all of my items for sell and having my family as users will be done.

I would recommend that you use a PC to get starting selling on eBay. The app is very limited and hard to use to get thing set up properly for a new seller.

As to PayPal, you can still use it to buy, but you are now in Managed Payments for your selling account. eBay took their fees out of the payment before they sent the rest to your bank. It's is possible that they took your shipping fess from it also.

That said, there are many helpful articles in the Help & Contact pages that will help you get started properly.

Your 1st two questions are a bit cryptic.

I agree that using a PC is the way to go for selling if you have one available. I do minor tasks with my phone and tablet throughout the day. All listings are done with a PC. I could not imagine trying to accomplish it with a phone. 

If you can be more detailed with questions one and two, someone might be able to assist.
