Watchlist is blank

1. I have a first generation iPad mini and I use eBay a lot on it,  the problem is the last couple weeks my watch list has completely disappeared. I removed and re-downloaded the app again trying to fix it but it didn't. I think you have stopped making updates for the older iOS systems. Not everyone can afford new Apple products, so please, please, please fix your app for older iOS system users.
