Watch list sorting keep resetting

On iphone 11 app, my watch list sorting constantly resets to “ending soonest” if I do ANYTHING, such as deleting a watched item or clicking on a watched item to view the listing. I want it to default to “recently added” but no matter what I do, it resets to ending soonest and I have to re-select “recently added” over and over again. It’s very frustrating.

Same on iPhone 8 Plus. I like to sort watched items by highest price and delete above a certain threshold, but every time I delete an item it goes back to ending soonest. So annoying.

I have a similar problem where deleting something in the watchlist changes the sort from ending soonest to what seems like most recently added to the list. Extremely frustrating when going through my list and removing items one at a time.

Hi.

When I’m using the App, I have my watched items sorted by time finishing soonest.

Every time I delete anything in either my watch list or ended list, both lists default to items most recently added !!!

eBay why ??? Was ok up until about a week or so ago ... update I presume ??? ... please sort this as it’s really annoying !!!

I agree, I have an iPhone Xs Max and iPad Pro, both do the same thing but only recently, past 2-wks or so!. All my watch list items are setup sort from “ending soonest”, when I delete any item the list inverts automatically to “newest watched items”. More than annoying, please find a fix soooooon!
