Using Mobile App to revise a listing

Is it normal for iOS 11 Mobile App to not allow revising a listing's quantity, and or price? It does not allow me this option.

I am having the same problem since the most recent app update with my iPhone running iOS 11. Revisions do not save when I press save, it just closes out the revision page and acts as if the save button means cancel.
