Unable to get updates on my iPad and It won’t even let me go to my watched items etc. Totally unusable.

If you are using the phone app try uninstalling it and then reinstalling it.  The app has never been a perfectly glitch free program.  Sorry you are having issues with it.

If you're working on an outdated device that no longer supports current versions of the eBay app, you should be able to access eBay through a web browser on your device.

If you're on iOS 15 you should still be able to get a version of the app that will run on your device. Follow these instructions from eBay:

1. Delete your eBay app.
2. Go to the App Store, search for eBay.
3. When you download it you will see this alert, tapping download should allow you to get a version that will run on your device.
