Thank you for reaching out here. For the saved searches that lost a size you will need to go into the search set the filter and resave the search and then delete the old search.
For the casual shirts with Hawaiian style. Where are you finding the Hawaiian style option? When looking at style options we are only seeing Basic / Ringer / Jersey / Tunic. Could you share a screen shot.
