Tonight I started getting “Unable to Open Draft” in the iOS app (iPhone) randomly but when it happens on a specific item, it consistently happens. So far it has happened with the “Sell Similar” option and also with “Revise” an item. I am able to work around using my laptop. This wasn’t happening yesterday and just started tonight, or at least I hit items where it applied tonight.

Did you try basic troubleshooting? If you haven't, try this first as it solves a lot of problems. In this order: delete the app, reboot your phone, perform a clean install of the app.
If you're still having problems after that, use the web browser for now either on phone or computer, and report the problem to eBay.
Options through the app:
1. Shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.
2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report.
