I been dealn with this for for 2 days 05/22/20 i found a way to work link your debit card or bank card to paypal...then try that make sure everything is good adresses an all!
But!!!!!! if that doesnt work! This is a fsure way it will work especially if you have a bank account! And cash app and cash app card hoping you do have cash app n card...
1. Link your bank account and bank debit card to cash app
2.(hoping that you have cash app card) link your cash app card to paypal and also to ebay
3.use cash app to send your money from your linked bank account straight to your cash app account(hoping you know how to do that)
4.now you should be able make purchases. On ebay! But make sure you SEND THE MONEY FROM YA BANK ACCOUNT TO YOUR CASH APP ACCOUNT((((USING THE CASH APP ITS SELF))))
this way has to work because ive been frutrated called my bank called ebay paypal everything dude! But try both of these ways ...but the second method is the best bet with cash app and ive spent over 900 on ebay so try it ...if you dont have a cash app get one lol i promise it will work if i have to ill give you my number an i will walk you threw it 💯
If all fails i dont what to tell you but it worked for me! Untill they fix this bug
