Tracking is poor!

tracking on eBay is poor and need updating...

If you are not seeing tracking updates in eBay it may be because they are not porting over from USPS. It never hurts to check the USPS website directly with your tracking number. It can also be the volume they are currently are handling may be causing delays and/or strange routing of parcels.

I have been having this problem a lot lately. Ebay is not the problem, it is USPS.

If I don't see updated tracking information on Ebay, I always go to the USPS website and check the tracking there. Lately, it has been USPS not updating the tracking information. I recently had a package that was delivered 3 days late. The tracking information kept saying that the package was ' traveling between USPS facilities' for several days. I finally had to call USPS and request they put a trace on the package. The next day, the tracking was updated both on the USPS website and Ebay and the package was delivered.

Yea, I’ve checked tracking and it says a lot more on there website then eBay tracking but. You would think going into tracking on eBay, it would copy what info it gets from the courier website but it doesn’t. It’s annoying.

it used to do this very well but not anymore....
