Hello,
I am trying to return an item and want to upload pictures, however, the app tells me to change setting for it to have access to storage. I allowed access to camera and to storage on my Android phone, bit still getting the same message when trying to upload an image.
Any fix?
Thanks

Same happening to me, what's going on this is ridiculous! Surely most private sellers sell through the app these days! Sort it out ebay.

Okay so this is working for me now. I cleared cache and data then uninstalled then rebooted then reinstalled. Hope that helps someone, it might not, but then we shouldn't have to. Why are ebay even suggesting this to people, get it sorted instead ebay!

I was trying to return an item and provide photos, but it says I need to allow it permission to access storage; however, it only requests access to the camera and location.

Same problem. I cannot upload pictures after there was an update to my phone. And there is NO place in the app settings to allow pictures. Camera is allowed but it still gives me the same message when I try to take a picture when trying to post a listing. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled as I was told it would fix the problem, but no it did not.so... then got frustrated and I uninstalled it again. I sell on eBay and Etsy. I may have to just stick with Etsy for now.

Exact same issue here too, Galaxy S10e.
App has been fine up until now. But now it wants permissions to use the camera and storage. Checked permissions and it is already allowed to use the camera (I sell stuff via the app all the time!). There is no option to grant storage permission.
Uninstalling, reinstalling, and also clearing data and cache makes no difference.

I signed out and then unistalled and reinstalled. I also wiped data in circled app in photo, and it is now working, but still does not ask for the storage permission. Samsung Note 9 running Android 10.

I am having the same issue. I've had to use a different phone to upload my pictures onto my listings while saved in drafts. I have a note 9. This has only happened since the latest update.

I'm having the same permission problem, however I'm trying to add photos from my gallery to an ongoing claim. Sony Xperia XZ3

Same for me. it worked last week however and allowed me to search for a product by submitting a photo from my photo library. I just tried it again and it doesn't work. I suspect a flawed Android update
