Spam accounts

I keep getting spam offers. I’m not sure how i can block this from happening. Help please and Thank you !

Many new sellers on eBay receive scam offers although usually on higher dollar items than those you have listed.

Why not ignore those offers and block the person who offers? Although be advised that, if he's intrepid, he will just open a new account and try again.

I did ignore those offers and block. Then it happened again. But thank you !
