Is it possible you have more than one eBay account? It is possible to inadvertently create a new eBay account by using your Google, Facebook or Apple account to sign in to eBay for the first time, or while signed in to a different account than the one you normally use.
If so, try signing out of your current account, and sign back in using your original username and password.
