Shuts down when using it

Is there a glitch with the updated eBay app? After a short while looking through searches the app simply shuts down and has to be reopened

Thanks for the report. Do you notice it crashing when scrolling through the results or is it when viewing items from your searches?

It happens constantly to me. I’ve found the app unusable, forcing me to use website instead on 2018 iPad.

Thanks for reporting this. If you update your devices to ios 12 it should begin to work properly. We are still looking into why this is happening.

I was having the same problem...I finally ended up deleting the eBay app from my phone and loading it again from iCloud. I haven’t had any more problems with the app. Hope this helps.

Please upgrade to the latest iOS and the latest eBay app. It should not be crashing.
