Does anyone know how to change the setting for where you are willing to ship? I’m currently dealing w a buyer who lives in the Phillipines & it won’t allow him to pay for the item bc it says that I do not ship to their location.

Open your listing and go to the Shipping Section

Then go to International Shipping.  Probably select a Worldwide option.  I did not see Philippines as a stand alone country.

There are several International Shipping options. 

If you have already made the sale I do not think you will be able to change the shipping options.  You may have to relist your items, make these changes, have them repurchase the item and then cancel the first order.

I have had to do this many times to combine shipping or change the shipping option.

As @stephenmorgan said, too late to do it on a sold listing. For future...

Go to the exclusion list in your listing. Click on edit list. Go to Asia (keep the box checked) and click on show all countries. Then uncheck Phillipines.

That is nice to know this information.  I did not know about this way.
