The work you’re doing to the Purchases area is destroying the eBay experience, and the brush off the company is giving others complaining about it is rather disturbing. It’s not just an “intentional update to match the website”, it has some serious problems.
*First, there is no option to delete anything in the past off the list, anything more than a month rom so old becomes UNAVAILABLE and can’t be cleared.
*Second, multiple items are showing for me as PAY NOW with no way to clear them off the list, and they aren’t current auctions I owe anything for. Some are returned items, others are just mysteriously marked as being owed again.
*Third, any item still available and being sold after I purchase one can’t be cleared off the list, deleting them works but they mysteriously reappear in the list again.
*Fourth, items randomly mysteriously disappear from the list, including items I haven’t received yet. One recent one was a large purchase that I need the link back to, but can no longer find outside of the Help tab in past purchases.
These issues can not be ignored, and must be remedied as soon a second possible. They’re crippling the functionality of this app and ruining an otherwise pleasant shopping experience.
