As a seller, I’m so frustrated because there are a lot of people on eBay scamming like they want to buy your product saying they sent and email with the payment confirmation ect but when you check your PayPal account NOTHING! Also, I tried to report it NO HELP, I can’t reach NO ONE!! Do anyone know who I can reach about this issue I’m having
