Scam

Had two buyers make an offer on my item. Both offers were bogus. Now EBay says I owe them. Tried to alert EBay and can not figure out how to do it. EBay in my opinion is a scam too. There should be a number to call or something more straight forward to solve problems sellers may encounter.

If a buyer does not pay, you need to file an unpaid item dispute and follow through.

As already stated the unpaid dispute is the way to do things.

Then you get your final value fees back.
