Save label

I am also having this problem as of yesterday. I use a thermal printer that requires me to download my labels to my phone and then select the file to print in the thermal printer app. Now that the save label option is gone I’ve had to go to the mobile browser website and download a label from there which is definitely a lot less convenient. It would be nice if they could fix this and bring the save label option back.

My save button is gone as well (just last week). Has someone opened a ticket yet? The loss of the ability to send label to print with thermal printer from the ebay app is a huge loss/inconvenience. ….please advise if anyone has opened ticket or how we can inform ebay of glitch

While not an eBay fix, you should have a way to print to PDF.  The PDF file can then be easily saved, shared, printed etc.

I had to open as PDF in word then save to folder. Very close to your workaround solution so wanted to share
