Yes eBay am having a problem finding return to the seller of a purchase I can’t use please help

@caraustin_0   At the bottom of this page is the Resolution center, click that OR go to your Purchase history and use the pull down menu on the purchased item to start the return.

Even if the seller refuses the return, he cannot refuse a Refund.
