Hello,

I sold item as pictured and described, new ununsed and in unopened box.

Buyer opened return request as item is doesn't work or defective (faulty).

Keeps my item almost 2 weeks and then returned back. After inspection item is fully working, works good without any problems.

In the box shluld be 4 parts, i found 2 only.

Return request was closed in my favour and buyer received refund. I received neutral not good feedback. I sent feedback revision to Ebay but it was declined.

I am really very disappointed.

I am not happy with customer service, nobody wants to help me with remove feedback.

The neutral feedback is not removable by eBay because it doesn't violate the feedback policy. If the item was new in an unopened box then you don't know exactly what was in the box. You're just assuming. 

 

You said they claimed it didn't  work but when you got it back you said it worked perfectly. I'm wondering how it could work with missing parts??  

 

When you don't accept returns if a buyer gets an item that works but they feel it's poor quality junk they can say it doesn't work to force you to take it back.  

 

 

It's very unprofessional to confront the buyer or accuse them of a false return. It's also a good way to end up with less than positive feedback.

I saw unboxing video of this item and in the box should be 4 eartips, i found 2 only. They can work without eartips. 

Buyer said doesn't work or defective but this is not true.

They are working perfectly.

I don't accept returns unless item is not pictured as described. So for me this is false claimed return request.

I have proof as video or photo.

I'm sorry to say that ebay doesn't accept videos or photos as proof. It has happened to all of us that someone returns a different item or even a box of rocks. It is their word against ours, and ebay usually sides with the buyer if you appeal it. I had someone steal the very nice box a very nice of jewelry came in once. I suspect he only bought my item to get the box for free. Not much I could do. Had to send the refund or ebay would send it for me and I would get a defect on my account.

I did not accuse them of a false return. This is truth and facts and saying it's very unprofessional is weird. Item works very well.

I think I even don't deserve for neutral feedback. Feedback is visible for another buyers. Not my fault. I did not nothing wrong. I want to explain this situation. I did not heard word "sorry".

I sold lot of items and I am seller from few years and I had similar situations in the past on Ebay.
