I tried to do a return today. At first when I chose the reason for return and tapped Next it just went to a white screen. I had to swipe up to force quit the app.
The next time I was able to get to a screen to type in a Comment, and add a photo. When I went to add the photo it went to a white screen after I chose the photo from my phone. I again had to swipe up to force quit the app.
I deleted the app, restarted the phone, and reinstalled the PayPal app. When I went to do the return I was able to type in a Comment, and add a photo, but then Confirm Return on the bottom was grayed out. I had to go to my computer to do the return. It worked fine from the computer.
