Request Invoice suggestion for eBay app

I sell items that have all sorts of different weights, so really can't give a blanket shipping discount if someone buys more than one item from me.  However, I put in my listings to purchase the items then request an invoice from me so that I can give a shipping discount.  This is fine if using a browser.  But the apps don't have the request an invoice capability.  Can this be added?
