Refund

Hi I ordered something and they removed the item and I have not received it, now I cannot contact the seller. I want a refund

You can go to:

https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/get-help-item-hasnt-arrived?id=4042&st=7

Click onto the item that has not arrived and start a request for refund.  If you do not see it there, go to your history page and under order details of that item, you can do the same thing there.

Do not close the case until you either receive your item or a full refund.

i think if you already paid by paypal ..

you can open the case both on ebay and on paypal for a refund ..

A person should NEVER open both - a case on eBay and a case in PayPal at the same time.  If a person was to do this, the eBay case would automatically close on the buyer and the buyer would lose the eBay money back guarantee and would then be stuck with only using the PayPal option.

The protocol in requesting refunds are as follows:

• Open a refund request with eBay and follow instructions.
• IF for some reason, request is denied or has an issue...
• Go to PayPal and file for a refund there...if that does not work...
• File a case with your CC company

This is the proper procedure.  @snajdan2024 You need to be familiar with the proper steps before giving advise here or you may land up doing someone a disservice.
