It says I’m post to be getting a refund within 3-5 business days but it’s going to my original payment method and my original payment method was shift card so I just changed to my credit card and sense the money never came in yet will it go to the credit card that I just added for my payment method

Hey @yncd-6 allow me to explain

Generally with any store policy, whatever you used to purchase your item, you get your refund on there (For example, paying with Mastercard I get a refund on the Mastercard.)

The reason they do this is to generally prevent fraud and expedite returns. I used to work in retail and we had the same policy.
