I get push notifications for purchases, but they are delayed from the actual transaction. And I get no push notifications for my saved searches (but do get emails). I have it set to get both types of notifications

I just basically have the same thing happened to me and they f****** suspended my account and definitely! I didn't even know that I had items that had sold so I didn't ship them nor did I take the money out I didn't even know I had it because the goddamn app wasn't notifying.. this is ridiculous..

Hi @botany_bill. Could you please go to the app settings, notifications, scroll to the bottom and start the "Diagnose Notifications" and let us know what the results are? Thanks!

Thanks Elizabeth. I saw that I didn't have all types of notifications allowed, so I allowed all and will see how this works. I suspect it solved the problem and I'll probably need to dis-allow a few types depending on how active it is. Appreciate your quick help on this.
