Hi all,
Last night I was able to relist and revise items on my app absolutely fine but this morning I'm getting the following error message:
"Items in that category can't be listed in the app. Please go to our website to list your item."
I haven't changed my operating system or updated the app so no idea why it's suddenly doing this. I'm running the latest version of Android on my OnePlus 9 Pro.
On my iPhone, I can relist and revise my items as normal so it may be a phone issue? I've got eBay looking into it but just wondered if anybody else had encountered this before?

site is down - I'm on a desktop and it's been down for about 10 minutes now..The App must be down also.

In a selfish way, I guess that's good for me. I can't even see my listings now on some of my phones so hopefully it's eBay having major issues that they're looking into.

Same problem this morning! A good change to run off sellers, at a minimum listing takes much much longer, so less items listed!!!! Dumb move ebay.

Same issue for me with editing existing or trying to add new listings...major pain. Hopefully this is resolved soon

im having the same issue today but last night was fine. I cannot list anything via mobile for certain categories (action figures, sports cards are the ones i tried). I get the message that items in this category cannot be listed in the app and to please go to the website. hopefully eBay gets its worked out quickly. Its been all day like this though 😞

Same issue. I spoke to eBay and they opened a ticket. If I were to guess they have updates rolling out and they goofed. I list sports cards and started getting the error this AM
