Problem in placing a bid

Hello

Ive been receiving this message when im attempting to place a counteroffer 

“ you need to verify your account to buy and sell again. Get a call now to get started” 

I already changed my password, and verified the phone & email

PS: whenever i press “get a call now” a message with “technical issues “ pops up 

any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks for posting this. Could you take a screen shot of the first alert and the technical issue alert and email it to iosfeedback@ebay.com.
