Printing labels

Why when I go to print a label off of my phone can I not rotate the label recently e-bay switch the label to print like it is on a label machine instead of a standard printer on the phone app and I cannot change it the only way I can change it is by ether using a computer or printing out on regular paper then making a copy of the label onto my self adhesive labels which is a pain . What can I do to change this ????

I am having the same issues. I have updated printer software, ebay app, and iOS software with no success. Perhaps it's a bug from the last update because this only started a few days ago for myself.

If you go on the website to print a label you can select your default paper size for the labels. Can you let us know if this fixes this problem.

I am having the same issue as listed above.  

When I print from my Apple laptop it prints fine- prints on top half of 8.5 x 11 piece of paper.  But when I print directly from the app on my Apple phone it now prints direct center print rather than top half of 8.5x11 piece of paper.

I have gone in and tried to reset it by selecting the "change" function when printing from the laptop on two separate occasions (even tho it was already to set correctly) and still no change when I then try printing another label from my phone.

Can you reply back any suggestions you might have to fix the issue---or let us know when it might be resolved.

I am having a issue creating shipping labels.  My old Apo, AP address keeps populating the label.  I try to change the address to United States, and the system will not add my Mo address as a primary!  Just need to know how to fix this situation...

Has this been resolved? I’m having the same issue with label printing in the middle of the page. I use my phone/app to print. I don’t want to have to use my laptop every time, as the phone is more convenient. Please advise the status of this issue.

I am having the same issue. I've been printing from the app onto half sheet labels for months, until the label became centered and portrait orientation a couple weeks ago. Hopefully this can be resolved easily and quickly.
