Printing a packing slip from eBay iOS app

I’ve looked around and also used the help function but it refers to areas on the website not in the iOS app. I followed these instructions but “Sold” is not found in the My eBay area. I’ve looked from the auction itself but cannot find the feature so I must use my laptop. Does this function exist within the iOS app and I just don’t see it?
