HI everyone,
My mother and I both use a Samsung Note 9. I am not having the same issue that she is having and I cannot figure out how to fix it.
When trying to add photos to a listing from the app, it is not allowing her to select more than one photo at a time. Usually when you long-press a photo it changes so you can select multiple photos, but for her each photo just has the double-ended expand arrow. I've cleared her cache, I uninstalled and reinstalled the ebay app, etc., but the problem persists.
She can still select multiple photos in other apps, so I'm at a loss!
