Paypal method issue

Hello,

I have been experiencing an issue since several weeks now on the eBay app on my phone. I am unable to continue any payment process via "PayPal" method, it keeps on loading saying checking your info etc but nothing appears, it's really annoying. what is going on with this app? I've tried uninstalling it, cleared the cache and then re-install it again but still the same. Can someone give me an solution or if the admin can provide an update to fix the problem, that would have been great.

Thank you for the report. If the PayPal screen never loads can you try updating the files in this post.

No it's not working, I've already checked the link you gave but no, it's still not working. 

I have been looking to contact PayPal but I couldn't find where we could contact them by mail, do you have a link or something?
