Has anyone experienced trying to make payment with eBay? There system seems to fail at times. It doesn’t take any credit cards

I have experienced continual frustration adding on a credit card, and then having to re-enter it again on my next purchase! The save button intended for the credit card info doesn’t save it. 
Who wants to keep entering credit card info over & over again?
