I have problems that when paying for any item it asks me for my credit card security number and when I enter it correctly it tells me to select another payment method when I have always used that method with my card.

I think it's better you contact ebay customer service for like this issues.

Having the same issue. I’ve tried 3 cards and Apple Pay. No luck!!
