I have used eBay for hundreds of transactions without a payment issue. Today, eBay isn’t recognizing my two cards on file and I am unable to purchase. The error says “unable to process transaction, check your billing address or card information.”
I go to the card information and the security code is blank. I add the code , click submit,and then try to order again.
same error message as before. Is this a system-wide issue just for today, or will this continue on and not allow any purchases?
