Notifications while bidding

I have lost a few items because I get notifications while trying to enter a bid - so frustrating.  I'll get a "your'e the highest bidder" with a few seconds left so I can't raise my bid if needed.  I lost another item this way this week.  I only want the 15 minute notification (or 10 would be better).  I know what I'm doing when I'm bidding, I don't need the app to tell me!  Thx

I’ve found the best way around untimely notifications is to temporarily turn off notifications, in the settings, until I finish bidding.
