Notification badges? What notification badges? You want who to fix it? This is a member to member forum, you aren't addressing eBay here. Just ebay buyers and sellers. We can't fix whatever it is you're talking about.
Hi @kyubino_yakata . I've noticed the same where viewing the notifications page does not clear the red number alert.
The notification number won't change until you either "read" (e.g. tap on) a notification or swipe left to delete it. You can shake your phone while the app is open and that will open up a screen to file a tech report.
