Hi,

The last few days, I have lost out on sales due to the notification of offered receives not popping up.

I only get the notification once I go into the app. I have lost out on time limited offers for this reason.

Normally I get a notificication as soon as I receive an offer or bid.

I have checkes my settings and the 'notifications' are switched on.

Please fix this ive lost about 4 sales.

Same here,

I noticed today. I nearly missed a message this afternoon.

I updated to the new Apple IOS 12.3.1 last night and thought maybe that did it.

I also checked all the site settings and phone notification settings and everything seems correct, but no notifications.

For iOS please log out and log back in and they should show up.

@mobile_feedback the Android app was updated automatically after the 5/30/2019 5.32.1.0 release. I can confirm - no notifications are working. I've tried restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling, changed power settings for apps - you name it. The only thing letting me know that I've sold something is the PayPal notification I receive
