Hello, when I tried to place a bid, I got an immediate prompt to verify my phone number. It won't let me bid until this is done.
I input my new phone number but I'm not getting the security code, and this is blocking me from all auctions.
Who can assist? Thanks in advance

If the number can accept texts, be sure it is designated as a "mobile" number rather than a landline on your Personal Information page.
