New update crashing

I just updated to the new version and can’t even open the app. It crashes every time before anything more than the initial eBay screen shows, within 1-2 seconds.

Thanks for posting here. Could you please try removing the app and reinstalling from the App Store.

I don’t know if it’s worked for OP but it hasn’t for me. Crashing repeatedly as I try to list items. There’s also some sort of bug whereby when you’re typing in the title, if you try edit it the cursor moves to the end of the sentence with each letter you try and add 

Ahhh now I remember why I stopped selling on eBay: endless glitches, ridiculous managed payments, crap service…

I really need help with my eBay app. As soon as I open app it crashes right away I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling. I’ve tried several other tips from YouTube. None of them worked. I have the iPhone with 16 iOS update. I have two phones and one was working perfectly until today and now neither Foam does the app work and I don’t just mean you’re doing something on the app and it crashes. What it’s doing is soon as the app opened it immediately crashes I am so lost because I use eBay for years mainly buying some selling but I use it for everything  And not being able to use the app is a real hardship could someone  please help

Try using a mobile browser to go to ebay.com as a workaround; at least until eBay provides a new updated iOS version of the app that is more stable.

thanks so much that’s great advice that’s exactly what I’m going to do visually it’ll be a bit rough since I’m used to the app for years but at least I’ll be able to get on ebay.com. Hopefully they come up with an update or bug fix this is unbelievable I’ve never seen anything like this, I’m so sorry I updated my phone to the 16 iOS because I had no issues until then Thanks though I really appreciate it.
