Network error message

Having the same issue as user below:

I cannot access eBay through the mobile app. Keeps coming up with same message Network error, please try again. I've uninstalled the app, cleared cache, cleared data, rebooted my phone. Reinstalled app. Tried using my email address as username. Literally everything and still not working. Can someone please help.

This happens every other week. My only solution is to wipe my phone and reinstall everything which is a pain in the ***!

I run a business on phone and this is proving to be very difficult.

What version number of the eBay app are you using? Does the version number change between when it works and when it does not?

If you cannot get the app to work, you should still be able to use a browser to go to ebay.co.uk and reach eBay that way.
