I had a buyer that had an incorrect zip code. Went to print a shipping label for the item just purchased from the mobile app just as I always do, and received an error stating the buyer’s zip code was invalid. Did a zip code lookup on the USPS website and sure enough it was an invalid zip code. Tried seeing if I could correct it manually on the shipping label but it wouldn’t get anywhere past the error pop-up and had to close the app in order to do anything else on eBay. Then I went to the web and was able to manually correct the shipping label. Perhaps you should build this zip code checker into the account page so that buyers and sellers can only add a valid address in the first place to avoid further problems with any purchases.
