There is a massive discrepancy between the web-based and IOS App that causes unauthorized transactions. Unlike Web-based purchases whereby one can pay a single vendor in the shopping cart, using the IOS App simply blindly empties the shopping cart creating unauthorized purchases which in somes may be nearly endless. Furthermore, the transactions of web-based purchases will permit assignment of shipping addresses different from the default shipping address. This is unacceptable! Is this IOS App the result of poorly defined specs? Premature release of unfinished software? Poor quality control? Or just plum bad programming? Regardless, in this day and age of sophisticated mobile platforms with gobs of processing power, this hampered version of the eBay purchasing interface contained within this IOS app is unacceptable. Fix it. And the current 10% enticement to use the mobile app is not going to come close to the overdraft fees I will incur when my rent check bounces. Bad, bad, bad.
