Lockable filters not working

For some reason I can’t lock filters after this latest update, I have it checked in the settings but still no option to actually lock them. Anyone else have this issue?

I think after the last couple of updates I have had to go back to the Customize section of the Filter menu to re-enable the option to use the Lockable Filters. Once that is done, the little padlock icon should appear when choosing a filter option, and should lock and turn blue if you tap the icon.

 

I am using the Android version of the eBay app, version 6.129.1.1.

Thanks for the reply, I should’ve specified I’m on IOS 6.130.0.  I’ve uninstalled a couple times and tried your method to no avail, hopefully I can figure something out soon because it’s a pain setting my filters every time I search for something.

Same issue here.  Fairly certain it was working fine last week and nothing's changed on my end as far as an Android app update.  I have "Lockable Filters" set to On in the Customize menu and yet I can't put a lock on Sold Items and Completed Items like before.  Strangely Item Location>US Only and Shipping Options>Free Shipping do have the option to lock.  I'm with you on the pain of setting the filters every time I search for something.

 

Please fix.

I have "Lockable Filters" set to On in the Customize menu and yet I can't put a lock on Sold Items and Completed Items like before.

 

You are right -- although I can use lockable filters for many other options, I do not see the padlock for "sold" or "completed" listings.

I have the same issue, no lock anymore next to Sold. Very frustrating!

I’m having the same issue on iOS. No longer have the option to lock the completed/sold options. Quite frustrating. 

When a corporation shows you that they are untrustworthy, believe them.

Yep same issue on iPhone 11 tried calling and they don’t know how to fix it either.

I’m using iOS an the locks next to the filter switches have disappeared. I still have the lovable filters toggle which is toggled on but the locks are gone. I’ve updated the app and the OS is up to date.  Pretty frustrating when doing sales research. Arrrrrgggggg

This is something they had better fix and QUICK, no way am I going to change it every time I want to check a comp… get it fixed PLEASE #fixlockablefilters on sold and completed listings

So I was having the same issue. Called ebay yesterday and they past this info on to their technical support team. To my surprise the issue has been resolved! Lockable filters are back!
