I typically use my phone 100% of the time for Ebay including taking photos, listing items and managing the account. Just recently around the beginning of November 2020, I keep getting a listing error saying that my Paypal email cannot be used at this time. This is the same email I've always used before. I've checked PayPal, verified my email. I made sure the Ebay app was updated and even tried using the desktop version on my device, spoke with customer service and after all of this I am still recieving the same error message.

You may need to use a desktop browser to set up a default business policy.
